Codeš›˜ Annual Retreat Brought Together Chitin/Chitosan Researchers in MĆ¼nster

______________

The Codeš›˜ Annual Retreat 2025 took place at the University of MĆ¼nster on February 24th and 25th, 2025, hosted by Prof. Bruno Moerschbacher. Over two days, Codeš›˜ PhD students and Postdocs presented their initial research findings and engaged in valuable discussions with fellow Codeš›˜ members and invited guests in a collaborative and friendly atmosphere.

The retreat featured a diverse scientific program, including 29 presentations, among them two keynote lectures and three guest talks, as well as 14 posters from Codeš›˜ members and invited researchers. The event provided an excellent opportunity to foster interdisciplinary exchange and strengthen connections within the consortium.

The SPP 2416 coordination office extends its gratitude to the organizing team and all participants for their contributions to the success of the event.

For Codeš›˜ PhD students, Postdocs, and PIs, it was encouraging to see the progress made since our kick-off meeting just one year ago. We look forward to even more exciting results at our next retreat in 2026.
